Eligibility and Rules
This competition is open to all qualified eligible skaters who are members in good standing of a Member Club of US Figure Skating, Individual Members of USFS, or Basic Skills members. It is a participating competition in the 2013 Solo Dance Competition Series.
It is governed by the rules of US Figure Skating as specified in the 2012-13 Rule Book and the 2012-13 Basic Skills Competition Manual. The International Judging System (IJS) will be used for all Singles, Pairs, and Dance events Juvenile and higher, and for the Championship, Masters, and Gold levels of Adult Singles, Pairs and Dance. The "6.0" judging system will be used for all other events.
